Larnaca, Cyprus – October 11th, 2024

Cyprus Airways Flying Academy based at Larnaca International Airport together with Intercontinental Aviation Enterprise (IAE), aviation investment and management firm in Lebanon and the UAE, are excited to announce signing an Agreement to offer aviation training to students from across the region in Cyprus. This agreement opens new doors for aspiring pilots and airlines throughout the Middle East and beyond while also positioning Cyprus as a key regional training Hub.

Central to this agreement are the prestigious EASA ATPL Courses, PPLs and Hours Building, designed to train the next generation of elite Transport Aviation Pilots. However, more opportunities can be explored in the future to cover advanced type rating courses.

The first group of students under this agreement is scheduled to begin their training in October, 2024.
